Welcome to the FortisTCI Youth Energy Ambassador Program, where we inspire and empower young minds to become future leaders in the energy sector. This program is dedicated to providing young professionals with a unique opportunity to learn, innovate, and lead in the field of sustainable energy.
The Youth Energy Ambassador role is a one-year, part-time engagement with full-time excitement and learning opportunities for young professionals enrolled in college/university college or recent graduates. We seek persons who are passionate about sustainability and have interest or leadership in this area. FortisTCI Youth Energy Ambassadors will serve as leaders and spokespersons on energy and sustainability, and they may represent the company at local and international energy-related forums.
This program provides participants with the chance to explore various business units across critical areas of our company for one year, with compensation. It combines theoretical knowledge with practical experiences to offer a well-rounded understanding of the energy sector. Participants will engage in a variety of activities, including:
Participate in interactive sessions led by industry experts covering topics such as renewable energy, energy conservation, and the future of the energy industry.
Visit power plants, renewable energy projects, and other significant sites to observe and learn about energy production and distribution firsthand.
Practical projects that allow participants to apply their knowledge by developing real-world energy solutions.
Receive guidance and support from experienced professionals in the energy sector and enhance their career portfolio.
Opportunities to educate and engage with the community about energy conservation and sustainable practices.
