FortisTCI offers residential customers with a single or two-story home customized energy audits to help them understand their energy usage and what they can do to achieve greater efficiency and cost savings.
To sign up, visit any of our offices to speak with a customer service representative, and complete an application form. Upon submission of your application, FortisTCI will schedule an interview to detemine the features of your home and your energy use patterns.
A FortisTCI technical representative will complete a walk-through audit in your presence. A final report, including recommendations, will be issued via email within seven business days. A meeting can be scheduled with a customer service represntative to discuss findings of the report. FortisTCI will monitor your energy consumption for up to six months after the audit.
