Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, November 18thth, 2008 - PPC Ltd. in an effort to better serve its customers, launches its website www.ppcltd.tc today. The launch of this website emphasizes the company's goal to facilitate customers and ensure that services are implemented as seamlessly as possible.
The first part of the two-phase project entails the introduction of an informative website for the general public. PPC's website affords quick access to information for both residential and commercial customers on the steps necessary for setting up and closing an account, electrical safety tips, energy conservation tips, pointers on reading your meter, safety tips for hurricane preparedness, as well as a customer service contact form that will allow customers to address their concerns to the company.
Information on employment opportunities within the company will also be posted along with current community initiatives and sponsorship programs that the company is engaged in. The website also provides a link to a login screen on Scotia Bank's website which will enable the bank's customers to pay their power bills online.
Phase two of the website project will roll out early next year. This phase will further enhance the customer service experience, as it will include a more interactive component. Customers will be able to view both past and present bills, pay bills online via credit card, and have the ability to download application forms for new service. During this phase, the company will also launch its electronic bill distribution system where bills can be sent out via email to those customers who select this method.
"The launch of this website highlights the advancements being made by the company to better serve our customers" according to Allan Robinson, VP Customer & Corporate Service. Mr. Robinson further stated "The website provides relevant information to the public, whether it is on opening or closing of accounts, electrical safety tips or for ways to reduce energy consumption".
