Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands, Tuesday, April 21st, 2009 - In response to the recent concerns expressed by the residents of the Chalk Sound area regarding the lack of adequate streetlights in the Chalk Sound area, PPC would like to advise the public that the government and not the company is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the streetlights in that area. In addition, PPC is not responsible for the maintenance of the decorative lamps along Grace Bay. Upkeep and maintenance of those are also the government's responsibility.
