Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands (October 28th, 2009) - PPC Ltd has today announced its new bill distribution system starting December 1st 2009, where customers will receive their power bills by email instead of by home delivery.
The E-Billing service, which replaces home delivery, aims to be a more efficient and environmentally friendlier way for customers to receive their monthly bills. For those who are not on email, there are two alternative options: customers can either collect their bills directly from PPC's Bill Collection Center or have the bill sent to a post box address.
Customers are being encouraged to register for the E-Billing service before December 1st. If customers do not register then their bills will automatically be sent to the new Bill Collection Center located next to PPC's Customer Service Center in the Town Center Mall, Providenciales.
Allan Robinson, Vice President of Customer & Corporate Services said, "We believe that the new E-Billing service is a more convenient way for customers to receive their bills. As part of our commitment to our customers, we have taken note of their comments with the implementation of this new service. Our goal is to offer the highest level of customer service."
For more information on E-Billing, customers can log onto www.ppcltd.tc or call 946-4313. Customers can register online or the next time they pay their bill.
