STUDENT CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Student Internship Program (SIP)

At FortisTCI, we recognize and nurture the next generation of employees, through apprenticeship opportunities, student summer employment, and internship programs.

We offer pathways for students to explore career options in the electric utility industry, gain valuable work experience and receive compensation while learning.

We are an award-winning utility that is the first company in the Turks and Caicos Islands to achieve Investors in People certification. Silver is a fantastic achievement and something only 15% of organizations achieve.

Our teams work with program participants to ensure they gain broad exposure to the business and become knowledgeable in their areas of interest and remain motivated to deliver their very best.

Interested persons may apply to join one of the three career development programs below based on their educational level.
